Booking + Cancellation Policy
Upon booking an appointment with Harlow Day Spa, you will be required to enter your card details at the time of booking.
We are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth experience for all our clients. Please carefully read and understand our booking and cancellation policy outlined below:
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your session without incurring any additional fees, provided that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellations
Bookings that are cancelled within the 24-hour notice period will be charges 30% of your booking cost and may not be eligible for rescheduling, and any decision to do so will be at the discretion of Harlow Day Spa.
Exceptions
In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we may consider exceptions to this policy. Please reach out to us directly to discuss your situation.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. Your card will be charged 50% of your booking cost if you are considered a ‘no-show’.
